# E-filing Credential Errors. How?

You may get an authentication error if your HMRC e-filing credentials are either
wrong or incomplete. If you have not received your own HMRC E-Filing credentials
you will have to register yourself as an 'Organization' using HMRC's Online
Services from the link Click here
[https://www.gov.uk/log-in-register-hmrc-online-services/register]and then enter
the HMRC e-filing credentials in our application.



The HMRC E-Filing Credentials are:



 * PAYE Reference Number

 * Accounts Office Reference Number

 * HMRC given User ID

 * HMRC given Password
