# Sometimes the page I am using 'freezes'/ isn't displayed properly. What should I do?

Some common 'fixes' to try:-
Close all your browsers/ windows you may have open and open a new one and try
accessing your payroll again. If that doesn't cure the problem try restarting
your computer.
Alternatively try using a different computer to access our website. Check to see
if you have the latest browser, if not try updating it. Perhaps use a different
browser. The Mozilla Firefox browser is tried and tested with our system, it can
be downloaded for free
