How to enable and disable access rights to Former Employee Internet Accounts?

Select Employee from the Tasking Zone menu bar then further select the Employee Access Rights and click on the Former Employee access rights option. You can enable or disable the former employee's right to access and update their own personal details, for example, address and phone numbers. To do so, select Yes or No respectively and click on the Confirm button. When you click on the Confirm button, an E-Mail containing your employee’s Sign In ID and details regarding access rights will be sent to the respective employee.

Employee -> Admin Employee Internet A/c - > Former Employee Internet A/c -> Enable Internet A/c Status -> No / Yes -> Confirm button
