How to change the date to allow me to run week 53 on the payroll?

A Week 53 occurs when the pay date for weekly paid employees falls on 5th April. In order to configure Week 53, please follow the below steps:

Road Map-

Employer/Setup -> Chart of Setup -> Pay run Customization -> Change Pay Period and then Click Edit.

( 'Employer/Setup' is the button positioned in the tasking zone menu at the top. It is the first button from the left )

If 5th of April falls on Friday, change the drop-down value in Pay Weekly -> Till Day to Friday and then Click Save.

To check that Week 53 is set-up correctly,

RoadMap -

Pay run -> Process Pay -> Weekly and check if the drop-down lists Week 53.
