If your employee is absent from work because of a trade dispute at the employee's place of work, and is participating or directly interested in the trade dispute then you can set the Unpaid Trade Dispute in the “D1. Absence Deduction & Record” under the Deduction and Pension Section while processing the pay run and then E-file the FPS. This may affect their entitlement to Working Tax Credit.
