How do I upload company logo to appear in pay slips and AE COMM's. letters?

Internet Payroll provides you the option to upload your company logo to appear in the pay slips and AE Comms letters. This logo will appear on all pay slips and AE Comms. letters.

Follow the below steps to upload company logo.

Step 1: Go to 'Employer/Setup' menu in the tasking zone and select 'Chart of Setup' sub menu.
Step 2: Click on 'Upload Company Logo' link.
Step 3: Click on 'Browse to Select Logo' button.
Step 4: Browse your computer for the logo you want to upload and click on 'Open'.
Step 5: Uploaded logo will be displayed on the canvas.
Step 6: To adjust the logo size, keep the mouse pointer on the logo and scroll the mouse wheel back and forth.(Click on blue buttons above the canvas for other edit options such as zoom, rotate etc.)
Step 7: Preview will be displayed under the 'Preview Logo' on your right hand side. This is how the logo will appear on the pay slips and other reports.
Step 8: Finally click on 'Save Logo' button to save the logo.

NOTE : The logo you upload should fit well within the blue rectangular box in the canvas. Align the logo accordingly, referring the 'Preview Logo' on your right hand side.

Road Map :
Employer/Setup -> Chart of Setup -> Upload Company Logo -> Browse to Select Logo -> Open -> Save

( 'Employer/Setup' is the button positioned in the tasking zone menu at the top. It is the first button from the left)
