To download the Pre-YTD All Payment CSV, you can follow any of the following road map's.
Road Map 1:
Reports -> Payslip, Payroll & PAYE - View / Print -> Pre-YTD Pay Data -> Current Pre-YTD Pay Data -> Select Pay Frequency -> Pre-YTD All Payment CSV
Road Map 2:
Reports -> Payslip, Payroll & PAYE - View / Print -> Pre-YTD Pay Data -> All Periods Pre-YTD Pay Data -> Select Pay Frequency & Pay Period -> Pre-YTD All Payment CSV
('Reports' is the button positioned in the tasking zone menu at the top. It is the second button from the right)
Road Map 3:
PayRun -> Process Employee Bulk PayRun -> Select Pay Frequency -> Download Pre-YTD Report -> Select Pay Period -> Pre-YTD All Payment Report
